Every once in a while I catch something that is truly remarkable and it will just leave me in awe. This is certainly one of them. The video is that of Simon “Simonster” Ata from Melbourne, Australia. He is a professional breakdancer and has an incredible workout routine. If I could do 1/8 of any part of this workout, I would be happy. This gentlemen may look fairly average,  but just wait until you see his routine! His body control,flexibility and strength is truly off the charts and reminds of Bruce Lee if he were to breackdance. This goes to show you that the human body is capable of incredible achievements. Enjoy the show!
